Every product goes through multiple quality checks to ensure we deliver you the perfect jewels safely. Once the jewellery passes quality checks it is packed in plastic boxes or cartoon boxes and covered with multiple layers of bubble wrap to ensure the safest delivery.
Trusted Shipping:
After the safe packaging of the ordered product, it will be shipped with one of our trusted delivery partners like DTDC, Ship rocket & Indian Speed Post E.T.C..to ensure we deliver your jewellery securely on-time. International orders are shipped through the most trusted international couriers or as per customer convenience.

Please note: In case you suspect that the package may have tampered before the delivery, you can reach our support team & return it in 24 hours by providing video or photo proofs at the same time of delivery.
How to track:
Once your order has been shipped we will e-mail or WhatsApp you with the tracking details of your order. Our aim is to deliver you, your products safely at the earliest possible to provide you with a happy unboxing experience, and we appreciate your patience and trust with us regarding the same.
It usually takes 1 – 15 days for the domestic orders to get delivered but for international orders it might be differ. The time and date of delivery might vary depending on the location.
Standard Shipping Charges At SWAPNA JEWELLERS
- We provide free delivery on order value above INR 1000/- or else a shipping charge of INR 100/- will be applied automatically for orders below INR 1000/-.
- An additional charge might be applied on orders irrespective of the cart value for the Cash on Delivery (COD) option.
- On International Shipping applicable charges will differ from country to country & place to place. Kindly note that Cash On Delivery Option is Unavailable for International Orders.
